Wanted - urgently...

i am looking for a small yard to rent fully for my 6 horses, must have around 6 to 10 acres or more of grazing. A minimum of 2 stables with a tackroom and somewhere to store hay etc.

Running water and electric a must.

I would take full responsability of the yards maintenance and upkeep. which i am quite happy to do.

I am looking for somewere in the area around Garforth, Kippax, Aberford, Scholes and Barrick. Also would consider further out then this for the right place.
