Enclosed yard area and separate parking. Track directly off yard. Good local outriding and RCs. Would prefer to rent as a whole for sole use at £230pcm (max 3 horses) or would consider renting per stable at £18pw. No menage although local indoor/outdoor schools available to hire. Suit mature happy hackers wanting to get away from yard politics.
