Looking for grazing land, field with stables, diy livery for 3 possibly 4 horses in beamish/sunniside or the surrounding area. Ideally would like a field with a few stables but also just a field would be nice with permission to build field shelter or stables of our own. Have 3 very well behaved horses. Are willing to fix fences and carry out any maintenace neccessary prior to horses coming and whilst there. Anything considered.
