Hi, my name is Keira and I’m 15, 16 in June.
I love horses and would like a weekend job working on a yard, I would also consider working over the school holidays if I am needed. I currently loan a pony but also look after over 6 horses at my current yard, some of them I also ride. I am a quick learner and can work by myself and with other people. I would love to do any jobs such as turning it/out, mucking out, poo picking fields, tack cleaning, sweeping, grooming, tidying things etc..! I pretty much enjoy doing anything as long as I am around horses as they are a very big passion of mine! Im always up for the task, even a 3 in the morning. I also work as head groom when I have been to shows which includes exercising the horse, grooming, tacking up and taking the horse to the arena. I am not asking for a high salary, I’m happy with anything, but I don’t drive and I would like it to be close to home (which is Loftus, near Whitby), and I can’t travel too far.
