LARGE EQUESTRIAN YARD WANTED (ANY AREA CONSIDERED)

20 stables + to run as a professional business. So must allow sub letting.

We are two families/business partners so our living requirements are as follows:

* Either a yard with either Two static caravans or the planning in place to allow us to ad them to the premises
* or two 3 bed houses or one 6 bed + property on-site (if the yard comes with a separate cottage or two that we can run holidays from then this would be a welcomed asset).

Other Requirements:

We are willing to consider all options, but a school indoor and or outdoor are ideal. We have 6 horses of our own and so need a min 20 stables to make a feasible business. Long term let wanted in any area. Would also consider portsmouth-southampton route. Looking to move aprox November 2008
