Small yard wanted to rent for D.I.Y Livery, 8-10 boxes with school

Hi, i am looking to rent a small yard to set up a livery business for myself. Am willing to do all repairs if needed and will obviously maintain at my own expense. Ideally would like an outdor school. Looking for about 8-10 boxes, the more the better.
