Very friendly and affectionate mare, Fudge is 16hh, 9 years old, ¾ Thoroughbred from Dalcote bloodlines.

Passport and vaccinations up to date. She is good for the farrier, dentist, vet, etc, and good to handle in all ways (turn–out, catch, bath, groom, load, worm, etc) with absolutely no vices. Happy to live in or out with mares and geldings. Not fazed by children, dogs, electric fencing, etc and loves attention from anyone. Excellent at lunging (regularly lunged by a non-horsey partner!).

Fudge is snaffle mouthed, working nicely in the school and is confident over coloured and rustic poles. She hacks alone and in company, first or last and is used to all manner of vehicles – tractors, trailers, cars, etc. Fudge is level headed and straight forward but needs her education fine tuning due to low mileage. Fudge has in the past shown signs of being cold backed (hence price) so needs a confident rider although this has not been an issue since being back in a regular working routine.

Same home for last 3 years, very sad sale of this lovely kind mare but owner just doesn’t have the time to bring out her full potential. 5* home a must!
